Terms and Conditions for Digital Products

By purchasing and downloading any digital file from Scherfel Prints, you agree to the following terms:

1. GENERAL TERMS

ALL FILES ARE DIGITAL. No physical products will be shipped.
You may use designs on physical products only (shirts, stickers, tumblers, etc.).
Do not share digital files in any format (email, cloud drives, Facebook groups, etc.).
Please double-check product details and compatibility before purchase.
All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital files.
Finished goods may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item if there is a quality issue. Contact us for assistance.

2. USAGE RULES

PNG designs (with finished sayings or layouts) may not be edited, altered, or changed in any way.
Clipart, alphas, and seamless files may be used freely in your own design work, including for commercial use.
Digital reselling or redistribution of any file as-is is strictly prohibited, even as part of a bundle or freebie.

3. OWNERSHIP

Scherfel Prints retains full ownership of all designs. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable license to use the files for finished physical goods only.

4. AI DISCLOSURE

Some elements may be AI-assisted, but every file is hand-finished, cleaned up, and customized to meet Scherfel Prints’ creative standards.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
