📜 Terms of Use & Returns – Creative Havoc

Welcome to Creative Havoc! By purchasing digital files or finished goods from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.

🔹 Digital File Terms of Use

• All files are digital. No physical items are shipped unless stated.
• Use files only on physical products (e.g., shirts, tumblers, stickers).
• PNG designs (finished sayings/layouts) may not be edited or altered.
• Clipart, alphas, OTFs, and seamless files:
  • Cannot be sold as-is.
  • Can be used in your own designs (digital or physical resale).
  • Must be flattened, overlapped, and non-extractable in final design.
  • Credit to Scherfel Prints is required in product listings.
• No sharing, reselling, or redistribution of any digital files.
• All photos of digital or finished products must be watermarked.

🔹 Selling Completed Digital Designs

You may sell original digital designs made using our elements if they are:

• Significantly altered and layered.
• Formatted as flattened, finished products (not editable templates).
• Credited: “Design includes elements by Creative havoc.”

 

🔹 Returns – Finished Goods Only

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Buyer covers return shipping.
• No returns or exchanges after 7 days.
• Digital products are non-refundable.

🔹 AI Notice

Some elements may include AI-assisted aspects, but all final files are manually edited and polished by Heather Scherfel for quality and originality.
