The Designers Edit is a multi-designer elements collab filled with Halloween-themed resources to help you create your own unique finished designs!

Unlike a drive that is continuously filled throughout the month, this collab will be completely prefilled and ready to download when it drops. Each month, a brand-new Designers Edit Collab will be released with a different theme.

This Halloween Edition may include:

TERMS OF USE

Your purchase provides a limited commercial-use license for one purchaser and one business. Copyright and ownership of all included files remain with the original designers.

YOU MAY:

• Use the included resources to create your own unique, completed designs.

• Use the resources in flattened digital designs such as completed PNGs, sublimation designs, print-ready graphics, invitations, social media graphics, and similar finished products.

• Use the resources to create physical products such as shirts, tumblers, mugs, signs, stickers, transfers, and other completed merchandise.

• Color and customize commercial-use outlines to create finished clipart or completed designs for resale, as permitted by the individual designer’s terms.

• Use alphas to create completed words, names, phrases, and typography designs.

• Use digital papers and seamless patterns as part of your own completed designs or physical products.

• Use mockups to display and advertise your own designs and products.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, trade, gift, copy, upload, or redistribute any original file as-is.

• Resell or redistribute individual clipart pieces, alphas, outlines, Procreate stamps, digital papers, seamless patterns, mockups, graphics, or other elements in their original or minimally altered form.

• Share the download link, drive access, folders, or files with another person or business.

• Claim any included resource or original artwork as your own creation.

• Combine the original files into another bundle, drive, membership, subscription, freebie, giveaway, or resource collection.

• Sell or share editable or layered files that allow the original elements to be easily extracted.

• Convert, trace, digitize, or recreate the included resources for redistribution as new clipart, outlines, stamps, brushes, embroidery files, SVGs, or other design resources.

• Use the resources to create products that directly compete with or replace the original files.

DIGITAL PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

Any digital product created for resale must be a completed, flattened design with the included resources incorporated into a new composition. Elements must not be easily extracted or offered individually.

Simply changing the color, adding a background, placing an element inside a basic shape, or adding a name or short phrase may not qualify as a sufficiently new finished design.

INDIVIDUAL DESIGNER TERMS

Because this collab includes work from multiple designers, certain folders or files may contain additional terms from the contributing designer. When individual terms are included, you are responsible for reviewing and following them. The original designer’s specific terms will take precedence for their files.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this product, all purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not permitted.
